Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Sixstar Coach Tours Ltd’s website.
Your access to and use of this service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors who access or use the service.
By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms then you may not access the service.
CUSTOMER CONDUCT
Sixstar Coach Tours Ltd reserve the right to refuse or carry any person whose conduct or manner is likely to cause offence or upset to other passengers. In such cases no refund will be given and the company have no further liability to that passenger.
Smoking is not permitted on our our coaches but we have frequent stops.
CHILDREN
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The minimum age for children travelling is five.
Children 5-16 years of age will receive a concessionary rate.
INSURANCE
Sixstar Coach Tours Ltd maintains insurance, meeting all statutory requirements but we strongly advise passengers to have their own comprehensive and suitable travel, medical and cancellation insurance cover.
ACCIDENT OR LOSS
Sixstar Coach Tours Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay ,inconvenience, however caused, unless due to negligence by the company in which case our liability is limited {except death or personal injury} for damages to the refund of the tour price.
We will work together to tailor your perfect itinerary and include all we can from your list. Itineraries will only be set up once a deposit or full payment has been received
Accommodation in line with your budget can be booked for you and you are responsible for our driver/guide accommodation costs which will be added to your final bill (if tour is for overnight or more)minimum 3 star
Meals will need to be paid for in addition as will the drivers evening meal and breakfast, if not included in hotel stay
expenses, we have incurred on your behalf and a £100 admin fee If you cancel with less than 6 weeks notice you will be liable to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of your tour cost
Sixstar Coach Tours reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
COMPLAINTS
Should you have a complaint during or after your tour with Sixstar Coach Tours Ltd please notify us and we will do our utmost to rectify your problem. If we can not resolve your complaint at the time, please contact us within 21 days of your tour and it will be dealt with.
We will not be able to deal with any complaints made after 21 days.

- Your tour price includes your driver, fuel, parking, their accommodation and sustenance. (If staying over) It includes your accommodation, if you have asked us to book for you but does not include your food or entry to the listed attractions except where specified.
- Appearance – your driver will be attired in smart casual clothing whilst on duty. Expect this to mean kilt and polo shirt (no tie).
- If you would like your driver to accompany you into any of the tourist attractions, please be aware you must pay for their entry also.
- No refund will be given in the event of cancellation due to weather limiting access to attractions.
- Beware of the possible need for insect repellent to ward off Scottish Midge, these small insects swarm in warm weather and are a biting nuisance! Especially up the North of Scotland.
- Alternative service providers or attractions may be used without notice at any time and Sixstar Coach Tours Ltd will not be held liable should you not enjoy the attractions.
- As with most of the UK, our drivers do not expect a tip. However, if you would like to tip your driver they will be graciously received, as a guide 10% – 20% of your tour price is normal.
